30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original shoe box (the shoe box must not be used as the shipping box).
Free Return Shipping
We offer free returns on all orders shipped within Canada. We will supply a prepaid return shipping label, and we do not charge any restocking or handling fees. To begin a return, please email info@jordanshop.cfd with your order number.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. The refund is issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a free return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
